Qualifications

• 1 year verifiable construction experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Adhere to all safety policies and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Able to stand, bend, kneel or sit for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor as instructed by supervisor.
• Work with crew and operate hand and power tools including drills, hammers and other tools as directed by management.
• Clean and prepare construction sites; erect scaffolding; remove and dispose of debris; dig trenches.
• Load and unload construction supplies manually and with equipment.
