Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado is seeking an experienced Pipefitter Foreman to lead commercial mechanical projects from the field in Indianapolis, IN. This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating crews, schedules, and resources to deliver quality work safely and on time.

You will read and interpret blueprints, plan daily activities, ensure OSHA compliance, and coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and fabrication teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical construction experience
• Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating crews and jobsite activities
• Knowledge of commercial piping systems
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial pipefitting crews
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Plan and schedule daily and weekly work activities
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain OSHA compliance
• Perform quality inspections throughout the project
• Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and fabrication teams
• Manage material orders and deliveries
• Complete project punch lists and closeout activities
