Job summary

Plan, lay-out and perform all types of pipe fitting and fabrication work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision.

Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. Physical requirements and safety are emphasized in this role, including long shifts up to 12 hours, varying temperatures, and strict adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings, specs, safety and quality standards and use trade tools and equipment relevant to the work.
• Minimum 3–6+ years in industrial/construction pipefitting; progression by level (I–Sr).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
