Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking an experienced pipefitter to install industrial piping systems including chill water, hot water, steam, condensate and condensate water. You will read blueprints, fabricate supports, and supervise plumbing helpers while solving problems on site.

Candidate should own pipefitter hand tools, be capable of working independently or as part of a team, and follow all safety procedures in a demanding environment with exposed heat and noise levels.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Rigging knowledge preferred.
• 5 years pipefitter experience preferred.
• Knowledge of pipefitter equipment, power tools, and fabrication methods.
• Knowledge of different types of pipe, valves, fittings, and their functions.
• General knowledge of code requirements and limitations.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards, including ladders.
