Job summary

The Briar Team, LLC in Central Florida is seeking experienced pipe laborers for immediate hire in leadman, tail man, and hillman roles. Competitive pay, benefits, bonuses, profit sharing, vacation pay, and growth training are offered. Responsibilities include site prep, pipe cutting, laying and repairing sanitary and storm water systems, and reading grades.

Must be able to drive to jobsite with 40–55 hours weekly. Work is outdoors, with no overnight travel. Excellent pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to and drive to jobsite locations.
• Experience as pipe laborer or in related field is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites, materials and tools.
• Cut pipe to required lengths using power tools.
• Install and repair sewer, sanitary and storm water pipes.
• Move pipe into trenches and assist with backfill.
• Connect pipe pieces and seal joints to pass pressure tests.
• Read and shoot grade; bevel edges as needed.
