Job summary

Fay, S&B USA Construction seeks an experienced Construction Foreman Pipe/Earthwork/Roadway to oversee daily operations on site. You will lead a crew, enforce safety, manage schedules, and ensure projects meet scope and budget, with emphasis on storm/sanitary/sewer work, shoring, dewatering, and roadway rehabilitation.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and coordination with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; construction management certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in construction with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Review project plans and specifications for compliance and quality.
• Schedule work assignments with the Superintendent to optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress and report to Superintendents.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and brief the crew on tasks.
