Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Bedford, MA is seeking a Pilot Line Supervisor (R&D Manufacturing) to lead a fast-paced pilot production line for gas filters and diffusers.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise technicians, manage materials and schedules, and work with Engineering to drive new product introductions and process improvements. Key requirements include 2-year technical degree, 3+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, proficiency in Excel and SAP, and strong English

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree in a technical field is required; a Bachelor's is a plus.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and related software for scheduling/production orders/inventory tracking.
• Proficient in English for reading, communicating and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pilot production line and supervise technicians.
• Coordinate development builds with Engineering and vendors; support new product introductions.
• Monitor materials, production schedules, and ensure on-time, safe execution of builds.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements; maintain accurate manufacturing data.
• Maintain Lean practices and 6S in the work area; ensure PPE compliance.
