Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive, hands-on product development experience, preferably in R&D, scientific instrumentation, industrial instrumentation, precision measurement, or similarly complex hardware environments.
• Strong project management and leadership qualities in a product development setting.
• Solid understanding of pneumatic technologies (pumps, gas regulators, electronic valves, flow control).
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and other office tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead engineering technical representative for the assigned product portfolio.
• Define high level product requirements with Marketing, Manufacturing Engineering, Customer Service, and External partners.
• Manage approved projects in a dynamic R&D environment and communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments, failure investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Marketing Product Managers to develop long-term technology roadmaps.
• Oversee Verification and Validation testing in a laboratory setting.
• Oversee sustaining activities on legacy products to address customer needs.
