Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring a Lead Pilates Instructor to deliver challenging, safe Pilates classes across levels with mentorship to staff. The role emphasizes leadership, education, and client-focused coaching within Club Pilates standards.

The position offers base pay per class with incentives, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth as the studio expands across the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education required.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Pilates.
• Ability to modify exercises for various client needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe use of equipment (Reformer, Chair, TRX, etc.) for group classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries.
• Stay current with Club Pilates education standards.
• Create safe, effective class plans aligned with standards.
• Teach Intro, group apparatus, private and semi-private sessions.
• Maintain open availability for at least 15 hours weekly.
• Participate in Lead Instructor conferences and training.
• Inspect equipment for wear and report updates.
• Mentor and support fellow Instructors to uphold standards.
