Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is actively seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor for Savage to deliver challenging Pilates classes safely, and mentor staff across studio locations. The candidate will guide clients at all levels, foster growth, and uphold Club Pilates standards. A passion for health and education is essential.

The role includes coaching fellow instructors, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for development within a growing brand across the U.S. and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour comprehensive Pilates education required.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor other instructors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe use of equipment (Reformer, Chair, etc.) during classes.
• Provide modifications and progressions for clients with injuries.
• Develop class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards.
• Teach Intro, group apparatus, and private/semi-private sessions.
• Maintain minimum 15 hours of weekly availability.
• Mentor and support fellow instructors.
