Riser Fitness, LLC is hiring a Lead Pilates Instructor in Milpitas to lead challenging Pilates classes, mentor staff, and maintain high safety and instructional standards. The role requires a passion for teaching, strong leadership, and excellent customer service to foster a supportive studio culture.

You will manage a flexible schedule including group and apparatus-based classes, while ensuring alignment with Club Pilates education standards and client progress.
