Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor for the Sloans Lake location. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with base pay per class and incentives based on attendance. Negotiable for qualified talent.

The ideal candidate will lead challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes, mentor fellow instructors, and uphold safety. A passion for Pilates and strong customer service are essential. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 450+ hour Pilates education required.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience preferred.
• Comfort with teaching multiple levels and apparatus-based classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates classes with safety and proper technique.
• Mentor and coach other instructors in studio.
• Develop class plans aligned with Club Pilates standards.
• Maintain availability for a minimum weekly schedule.
• Ensure equipment safety and provide progressions for injuries.
