Job summary

This on-site role requires 10+ years in picture post‑production engineering, strong knowledge of Resolve, StorNext/GPFS, and enterprise media pipelines, plus the ability to orchestrate teams and coordinate with clients and creative leads.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of picture postproduction workflows and environments.
• Strong experience with editorial platforms, color systems (including Resolve), and media pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with computer system builds and maintaining Linux and Windows workstations/servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day engineering support for creative talent, operations teams, and clients.
• Support remote and hybrid workflows, including secure streaming and playback platforms for offsite customers.
• Act as a technical escalation point for operational and client-facing issues affecting picture services.
• Partner with Scheduling, Operations, Facilities, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise other Picture Department engineers and contribute to system roadmap development.
