Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort seeks a dynamic Head Pickleball Professional to lead our growing Pickleball program. You will oversee daily operations, develop teaching plans, and create engaging events for all skill levels.

You'll be the face of the court, building relationships with members and guests while coordinating with the Racquets team to deliver outstanding experiences across the department.

Qualifications

• Previous club, resort, or racquets experience preferred.
• Strong teaching and playing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• The ability to train, motivate, and bring out the best in others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to take ownership.
• Willingness to learn and stay current with the Pickleball industry.
• Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Pickleball operations and bring energy to court activities.
• Create and develop lessons, clinics, leagues, socials, mixers, tournaments, match play, and interclub events.
• Teach private lessons and group clinics to help players improve and have fun.
• Create new events and programming to keep members engaged.
• Build relationships with members and guests and be the on-court face of the program.
• Collaborate with Racquets team to ensure a seamless department experience.
