Job summary

Horseshoe Bay Resort in Horseshoe Bay, TX seeks a Head Pickleball Professional to lead our court program, lessons, clinics, leagues, and special events. You’ll be the face of the sport, craft engaging programming, and build relationships with members and guests.

Candidates bring strong leadership, teaching ability, and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences on and off the court. This active, hands-on role requires energy, organization, and a flair for creating memorable pickleball

Qualifications

Experience in club, resort, or racquets facilities preferred.
Strong teaching and playing abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven leadership and people skills.
Ability to train, motivate, and bring out the best in others.

Responsibilities

Lead daily pickleball operations and bring energy to everything on the courts.
Create and develop lessons, clinics, leagues, socials, mixers, tournaments, and interclub activities.
Teach private lessons and group clinics while helping players improve their game and have fun.
Create new events and programming to keep members excited and involved.
Build relationships with members and guests and become someone they look forward to seeing on the court.
