Job summary

Life Time is seeking an on-site pickleball coach to teach private lessons and group programs, coordinate leagues, and drive member engagement. You will deliver 30+ hours of on-court instruction weekly and develop programs that foster continued participation while aligning with Life Time goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in pickleball instruction, strong customer service, and certifications such as IPTPA/PPR or CPR/AED. This role emphasizes member experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• HS graduate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of pickleball instruction experience.
• IPTPA or PPR certification within 6 months of hire.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, demonstrates, and instructs students during pickleball lessons to improve techniques, tactics, and strategies; teaches on court an average of 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students progress and stay engaged.
• Creates exceptional member experiences by involving members with programs, tournaments, and events; maintains clean, organized facilities and equipment.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and Member Activities; supports pickleball as part of the Life Time brand.
