Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a full-time 1B shift Pick Tower Group Leader for its Conklin distribution center. The role leads a group of associates, trains staff on procedures, monitors performance, and ensures safety and productivity on a 6:30am–5:00pm schedule.

• Experience in distribution center/retail environment is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities for a group to maximize productivity.
• Trains and retrains associates on procedures and duties.
• Monitors performance and corrects errors.
• Ensures safe and efficient department operations.
• Reports discrepancies to Supervisor promptly.
• Maintains adherence to safety and processing standards.
• Coordinates paperwork and communication across teams.
• Performs all department functions to meet targets.
