Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time 1B shift Pick Tower Group Leader to join our distribution center team in Conklin, NY. The 1B shift runs Wednesday to Saturday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, with an hourly rate of $21.55.

This role focuses on coordinating a group of associates to maximize productivity while ensuring safety and quality. Responsibilities include training and supervising staff, monitoring performance, maintaining procedures, and resolving operational issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in distribution center/retail.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to maximize productivity for a group of associates.
• Train new associates and retrain as procedures change.
• Monitor performance and correct errors as needed.
• Maintain safe and efficient department procedures and safety standards.
• Communicate discrepancies to Supervisor and coordinate with other leads.
