Job summary

Executive Jet Management is seeking a Lead Pilot in Command (PIC) for a three-pilot account based in Miami, FL. The role focuses on crew resource management, client service, and managing flight-department administration.

You will work with maintenance personnel to ensure airworthiness, plan flights, and lead safety briefings while maintaining regulatory compliance. A strong background in corporate aviation and a substantial flight time is required.

Qualifications

• Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the flight department to ensure client satisfaction and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance and crew for scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
• Oversee flight planning, weight and balance, and trip logistics.
• Handle administrative duties including invoices, audits, and vendor relations.
