Job summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a Lead Captain to command and safely operate flights as Pilot in Command (PIC). You will lead crew members, ensure safety standards, and represent Jet Aviation with professionalism across global missions.

Requirements include an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, FAA First Class Medical, and extensive experience with thousands of flight hours. A college degree is preferred and traveling worldwide is expected.

Qualifications

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical required.
• Five years aviation experience with 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time and PIC experience.
• Extensive hours in multi-engine, turbo-jet, turbine and instrument flight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including pre-flight checks and flight planning.
• Mentor crew members, conduct performance reviews, and manage schedules and training.
• Maintain knowledge of aircraft systems and adapt to changing conditions.
• Promote safety culture and coordinate with maintenance on discrepancies.
