Job summary

Executive Jet Management in Miami, FL seeks a Lead Pilot in Command for a Global XRS aircraft based at Miami. This role supports a three pilot account with Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, flying under Part 135.

You will lead crew, manage client relations, ensure compliance with SOPs, perform flight planning and CRM/TEM practices, and maintain regulatory training for ongoing duties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet.
• Total flight time: 3500 hours; PIC time: 2000 hours.
• Jet experience: 500 hours; MEL/Multi Engine Land experience 1500 hours.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Flight Department to drive success and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with maintenance events.
• Manage flight planning, weight & balance, and crew schedules.
• Guide crew using CRM/TEM and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform administrative duties including reporting and documentation for the flight department.
