Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks qualified Global 6000 PICs for a two-pilot 91/135 position based in Bridgeport, CT (KBDR). The role includes active flight operations, adherence to SOPs, CRM/TEM usage, and delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers.

Ideal candidates have FAA Global 6000 type ratings, time in type, and substantial total flight hours with a clear PIC record. Growth into lead positions may raise base salary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred
• FAA Type rating in Global 6000
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position
• Total flight time: 3500 hours
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet: 500 hours

Responsibilities

• Ensures crewing and trip assignments are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Completes flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment, as required.
• Leads briefings using CRM and TEM concepts to mitigate operational risks.
• Complies with company SOPs and coordinates with company personnel as required.
• Completes all aircraft pre-flight tasks and maintains aircraft status to ensure mission capability.
• Ensures ground servicing items are monitored and completed per SOPs.
• Delivers high-level customer service to owners and passengers, including special needs.
• Maintains safety and security compliance per company policies.
