Job summary

Thompson Law in San Antonio, TX is seeking a PRE-LITIGATION personal injury attorney to lead a team of pre-litigation professionals, driving efficient case workups and client service. You will manage all aspects of pre-litigation, collaborating with intake, paralegals, medical records specialists, and negotiators to prepare for settlement or hand off to litigation.

The role requires 4+ years of PI experience, TX Bar admission, and strong organizational skills, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in personal injury at a law firm or insurance company.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre-litigation.
• Be part of a fast-paced team and ensure proper work-up of all cases.
• Lead and coordinate a dedicated pre-litigation team (intake, paralegals, medical records specialists, lien specialists, negotiators, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to prepare cases for settlement or hand off to litigation.
