Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Valley, Alabama seeks a full-time Physician Assistant to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. The PA will lead a small team, handle a wide scope of practice, and participate in telemedicine, occupational medicine, and primary care activities.

The ideal candidate is a board-certified PA, with MSN or higher, strong communication skills, and experience with EMR/MS Office. We offer onboarding, a supportive team, and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• PA Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required (new grads welcome).
• DOT certification preferred or willing to obtain (company covers).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across urgent care settings.
• Perform minor procedures (toe/nail, foreign objects, suturing).
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and imaging reviews.
• Manage dermatology, eye issues, EKGs, and GYN cases as needed.
• Provide occupational medicine care and telemedicine services.
