Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current and active California PA license.
• Experience in medical oncology and/or hematology.
• Clinical leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up care for oncology patients.
• Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and nurses to plan treatment.
• Support chemotherapy and immunotherapy management within scope.
• Offer clinical leadership, mentorship, and staff guidance.
• Document care and coordinate transitions across providers.
• Promote adherence to safety, protocols, and quality standards.
