Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduation from CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
