- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients requiring therapy.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
