Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant (FT) for SNF/Long-Term Care settings in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will provide PT aid under supervision, mentor staff, and support clinical education while advancing patient outcomes and program quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assist in assuming the rehab supervisor responsibilities in the supervisor's absence.
