Tender Touch Rehab Services in Middleborough, MA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role. You will provide PTA-led therapy under licensed PT supervision, contribute to patient assessments, and mentor clinical staff to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and current.
• Lead and mentor in the PTA discipline.
• Step in as rehab supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
