Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in a SNF / long-term care setting in Massachusetts. Must be licensed PTA to apply. This position offers mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within Enhance Therapies’ network.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline; cover rehab supervisor duties in absence.
