Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help identify suitable patients for therapy, and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines

• Maintain documentation to meetall regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
• Act as a leader/mentor in your specific discipline.
• Assume job responsibilities of the rehab supervisor in his/her absence
