Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Lead Solution Architect for Physical AI to own the technical design of engagements involving cameras, sensors, labeling, training and deployment. You will ensure data portability across platforms and set engineering standards for the team.

You will collaborate with account leaders to scope engagements, write technical SOW sections and lead pilots toward production with robust runbooks and monitoring. Strong CV, edge deployment and platform experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design or technology delivery with leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to drive innovative and strategic solutions in collaborative settings.
• Hands-on depth in production computer vision including detection, segmentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end technical design for Physical AI engagements, from ingest to deployment and monitoring.
• Writes technical sections of statements of work and estimates effort.
• Chooses platform and reference architecture and documents why.
• Designs data export formats and handoff artifacts for end-of-phase delivery.
• Runs structured platform evaluations with the Product Director and documents results.
• Specifies inference footprint and video pipeline integration with cameras and VMS.
