Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks a Computer Vision Specialist to join the AI & Data Solutions Practice. You will lead computer vision and ML efforts, design high-level solutions, and validate proofs of concept in ATC and AI Proving Ground, including edge hardware integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sellers, solution architects, and partners to quantify impact and deliver measurable outcomes for customers across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related field; advanced AI/cv certifications preferred.
• Substantial hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying computer vision models for real business problems; customer-facing experience.
• Strong expertise with computer vision ML, edge deployment, and evaluation metrics.

Responsibilities

• Apply computer vision to customer opportunities across modern toolkits and define use cases with success metrics.
• Guide model selection for classification, detection, segmentation, tracking, and pose estimation; advise on data and training.
• Develop high-level designs with customers to address desired outcomes and gather technical requirements.
• Design and run proofs of concept and demos in ATC and AI Proving Ground, including edge hardware.
• Connect solutions to measurable outcomes like cost, quality, throughput, and risk.
• Engage with partners and ISVs to ensure balanced, defensible recommendations.
• Share expertise with sellers and solution architects; contribute demos and collateral.
• Contribute ideas for repeatable use cases and potential offerings.
