Job summary

SkyWater Technology Texas is seeking a Sr. Photolithography Process Engineer with 7+ years of experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing to lead process characterization and development initiatives.

You will troubleshoot line issues, optimize resolution and CD control, mentor technicians, and collaborate with integration, etch, and mask design teams to enable robust technology node transfers. The role offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

Educational background in engineering or physics as listed.
7+ years of photolithography foundry experience in semiconductors.
Experience optimizing processes on TEL tracks and ASML tools (I Line, KrF, dry ArF).
Experience setting up and optimizing resist processes with/without TARCs or BARCs.
Experience with ARCHER overlay tools and CD JOB writing on NANOSEM & HITACHI SEMs.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Resolve complex line issues, excursions, and equipment constraints using SPC.
Optimization: Enhance resolution, overlay accuracy, CD control, and focus margins.
Process Development: Design, execute, and analyze photolithography processes to improve yield.
Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, technicians, and operators on safety and litho strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with integration, etch, and mask design teams for technology node transfers.
