Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Photolithography Process Development Engineer in Boise, ID to drive photo-process development for cutting-edge DRAM/NAND products. You will work with Process Integration and multiple lithography platforms (365 nm, 248 nm, 193 nm immersion) to meet program and yield goals.

You will document results, collaborate with process teams, and engage with vendors to overcome challenges while maintaining a pilot manufacturing line.

Qualifications

• BS + 2 years semiconductor experience or MS/PhD in a related field.
• Ability to develop and optimize photo processes to meet device requirements.
• Experience with lithography equipment and process characterization.

Responsibilities

• Develop photo processes to meet device electrical requirements.
• Optimize processes to reduce cost and variability and improve capability.
• Lead a module within next-gen storage devices and engage vendors.
• Document plans, status and results in reports and presentations.
• Support process transfer to production facilities; travel may be required.
