Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering and/or equivalent relevant experience; PhD preferred.
• Three years of experience in magnetic recording head, HDD, or semiconductor Process Development.
• Experience in wafer fab manufacturing environment; SPC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements new photolithography processes for next generation magnetic recording heads.
• Implements new process control schemes ensuring product manufacturability.
• Designs experiments, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to improve performance and yield.
