Job summary

GE Aerospace's Defense Engines & Services seeks a Lead PHM Engineer to guide hardware and software across on-board and ground PHM systems, from requirements through certification, in a lean environment.

You will coordinate with controls, software, and systems teams, engage suppliers and customers, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure DO-178C compliance for flight-critical PHM products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of PHM, software, controls, or systems engineering experience.
• US Citizenship required for security clearance; clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deliver, and maintain PHM hardware/software across on-board and ground platforms.
• Own full lifecycle: requirements, documentation, implementation, testing.
• Coordinate integration with controls, software, systems, and external partners.
