Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting a floor lead Phlebotomist to support the Loma Linda VA Health Care System. The role involves blood collection, labeling, and ensuring patient identification across departments with flexible shifts and full benefits.

Ideal candidates have a phlebotomy certification, an associate degree or higher, and at least 7 years of phlebotomy experience, including supervisory exposure. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Supervisory/lead experience required.
• No sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Perform proper specimen collection and labeling per protocol.
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen handling.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety and regulatory standards.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new staff.
• Escalate staffing or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
• Facilitate communication between site staff, client representatives and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service.
• Track and report attendance and workforce concerns.
