Qualifications

• Calm and conscientious under high volume and STAT conditions.
• Rigorous accuracy in identifying patients and collecting specimens.

Responsibilities

• Collect, transport and process specimens from patients of all ages using approved techniques.
• Perform venipunctures and accurately label/prepare samples for laboratory analysis.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Coordinate with experienced phlebotomists and monitor workflow.
• Enter data and monitor collection batches in the laboratory system.
