Virtua Medical Group in Voorhees, NJ, seeks a Lead Phlebotomist for the evening shift. Collects specimens, processes them per lab standards, and supports clerical tasks using HIS/LIS. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to ensure specimen integrity and smooth workflow.

The role requires two years of phlebotomy experience, formal training, and ASCP/NHA/AMT certification preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.
