Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist III – Floater for our Saint Louis, MO location. The role involves drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining a safe, professional patient environment.

You will represent the company to patients, ensure accuracy in records, and demonstrate leadership in process best practices. Requirements include a high school diploma, phlebotomy certification preferred, 3–5 years of phlebotomy experience, and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3–5 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• State credentials/licenses: MN.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to patients who come in.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood in a safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and maintain a safe environment, keep records and documentation.
