Job summary

Carter BloodCare in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Phlebotomist 2 to lead safe blood collection across mobile drives and donor centers. You will facilitate donor flow, assess eligibility, and deliver exceptional service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with performance-based increases, plus benefits, training, and opportunities to advance to roles such as Mobile-Site Supervisor or Instructor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of general work experience or comparable medical education (internship/externship) preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Prior phlebotomy, blood banking, or medical field experience is preferred.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe collection of blood products and manage donor flow.
• Perform sterile venipunctures and assess donor eligibility while delivering excellent service.
• Guide daily team functions and resolve personnel or donor concerns.
