Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs venous, arterial, and capillary draws on adults and children per procedure.
• Identifies patients and labels tubes correctly; minimizes redraws.
• Delivers blood samples to the lab in a timely manner and maintains specimen integrity.
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized environment and follows policy, including PPE.
• Performs QC and complies with hospital policies; attends mandatory trainings.
