Job summary

CPR certification is required; for mobile assignments, CDL pre-qualifications and driving duties apply. A High School diploma or equivalent and related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection staff during blood drives or at branches and oversee meal/break assignments.
• Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures.
• Obtain medical histories and vitals from donors.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection procedures.
• Complete shift end records and donor documentation for accuracy.
• Assist donor recruitment and support collection goals.
• Maintain operational equipment and supplies for drives.
• Monitor deferrals and identify training needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and staff.
• Drive a mobile collection vehicle if assigned.
