Duly Health and Care is seeking a Lead Phlebotomist to oversee phlebotomy services across multiple sites in Naperville, IL. You will train and supervise staff, perform venipuncture and capillary collections, and ensure compliant, efficient specimen collection.
The role requires 3 years of phlebotomy experience, a phlebotomy certification, and CLIA waived testing familiarity. Local travel is required; base pay ranges with shifts, bonuses, and incentives are included in the total rewards package.

Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday- Friday; Must be willing to work variable 8 hour shifts in between the hours of 7:00am-6pm. Every Other Saturday Required- 7:00am-1:00pm.

The Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for the training, compliance and competency for the collection of patient samples for adult and pediatric patients by vascular access (venipuncture) or capillary collection (finger stick) using aseptic protocols, accurate patient identification and proper labeling procedures.
Responsible for routine visits of collection sites to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency
Performs CLIA waived and some CLIA moderate testing as well as Bone Marrow collection assistance
Responsible for ensuring patients receive a quality professional phlebotomy service and a pleasant patient experience at all locations in addition to phone interactions
RL6 investigation and support.
Local travel required 25-50% of the time based on the operational needs within the Laboratory Services Department of DuPage Medical Group with limited notice.
High School Diploma or equivalence
Phlebotomy Certification required (within three months of hire date, before preferred)
3 years of phlebotomy experience required
Point of Care (CLIA Waived testing) experience preferred
Certification with American Medical Technologist (AMT)
American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
National Health Association (NHA)
National Phlebotomy Association (NPA)
CPR required
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $17.65-26.45, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
