Job summary

Duly Health & Care in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our patient‑focused team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture, prepare specimens for testing, maintain logs, and provide superior customer service across diverse locations.

This role requires a high school diploma, and phlebotomy certification is preferred. Travel to additional sites is required; schedule Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts; base pay ranges from $17.65 to $26.50 per hour plus

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, scheduled8 hours vary between 7:00am-6:00pmwith rotatingSaturdays8:00am-12:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture technique for all agegroups.


• Prepare all collected specimens for testing andanalysis.


• Maintain patient and specimen informationlogs.


• Provide superior customer service to allpatients.


• Clerical duties as necessary.


• Travel toadditionalsites whenneeded.

Education

• High School graduate or equivalent required


• National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for phlebotomy certification exam preferred


• Prior experience as a Phlebotomist OR an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school coupled with work experience in a healthcare field preferred.


• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $17.65-26.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
