Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers, Incorporated in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Pharmacy Certified Technician Supervisor to lead a high-performing pharmacy team and deliver accurate, compassionate patient care within state and federal guidelines.

You will assist the pharmacist in daily duties, manage scheduling, inventory, immunizations where permitted, and mentor new technicians while upholding sanitation and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of Pharmacy Certified Technician experience within the Kroger enterprise
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and lead a high performing pharmacy team
• Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines
• Proven attention to detail and stellar customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills with leaders and peers
• Completion of national and/or state registration, certification or license depending upon state requirements
• Ability to handle highly confidential information

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in daily duties and support for pharmacy staff
• Provide stellar customer service and accurate data entry
• Train and mentor new technicians
• Oversee inventory management and ordering reconciliation
• Administer immunizations where applicable by state law
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and HIPAA when applicable
