The role emphasizes inventory management, recalls review, 340B audits, and collaboration across the pharmacy team to optimize operations and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy knowledge and licensure required for state(s) of practice.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ALTA score 9 incentive applies.

Responsibilities

• Lead for pharmacy software and inventory management, including DSCSA maintenance.
• Design and deliver training for technicians and cashiers; support onboarding.
• Maintain inventory levels, review recalls, and optimize cost savings.
• Perform 340B audits and coordinate scheduling with the Pharmacy Manager.
