AnewHealth is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to serve as the subject matter expert for the designated pharmacy team, collaborating with Pharmacy Managers to drive efficiencies. The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering consistent results across the department.

Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of guiding teams, managing technician schedules, and ensuring high-quality service for patients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• 6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards
• Ability to work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Scheduling of technicians
• Training of new hires
• Prioritizing STAT orders through process
• Quality checklists
• Standard work checklists
• End of day reporting
• Interpreting and Monitoring of Salesforce and DOMO reports and following up (Missing Orders Report, Special Delivery Report, Production Flow)
• Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
• Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues
