Job summary

AnewHealth in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to serve as subject matter expert on the pharmacy team, working with Pharmacy Managers to drive efficiencies and standardize work.

Responsibilities include scheduling technicians, training new hires, prioritizing STAT orders, maintaining quality and standard checklists, end-of-day reporting, and analyzing Salesforce and DOMO reports to resolve patient issues.

Qualifications

• 6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role.
• Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards.
• No active performance management or corrective action.
• Ability to work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.
